I'm a WTP Incubator commiter and when I try to connect to dev.eclipse.org through SSH using WinSCP and Putty I'm able to log in, but when I try to execute a simple shell command like 'cd' the connection immediately drops me out without any message.

    I logged into the portal.eclipse.org and I tried to find some way to request a shell access I couldn't find the appropriate section and/or button.

Unrestricted shells are limited to build/release engineers.  If that describes you, please have your PL re-open this bug and request that you be given a shell.
