After comparing all the plugins contains by those features (or by the features contained within it), it looks like everything is in sync for code changes, but the manifest were updated to properly show updates committed in 3.2.1 and committed into 3.3.

Thus the proper patch to fix this problem would be a bump on the feature bundles as you suggested on my patch.
