Build Identifier:

When adding Tigerstripe references, the list doesn't get updated until you save your file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a TS Project
2. Open tigerstripe.xml file
3. Switch to Dependencies page
4. Click on Add under 'Referenced Tigerstripe Projects'
5. Select something in the list and click on OK
6. Save the file
7. Click on Add under 'Referenced Tigerstripe Projects' again
8. Add a different project in the list
9. Notice that the list is not updated
10. If you save the file, the list gets updated!
