The check for updates does not check if a feature dependency has updates, even if the feature allows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a feature A that depends on some feature B (with match rule other than perfect) and some feature C (with match rule perfect)
2. Install the feature A (this will bring the feature B and C as dependencies)
3. Create a new version of B and C (updates)
4. Call check for updates point to the repositories with B and C updates
5. Check for updates returns no updates found, but the feature B can be updated (to prove this go to "Install New Software" and check the feature B for installation --> P2 stats the feature is installed and a update will be performed)
