proposed patch

emphasising words containing an underscore seems not to work using any method of escaping (without introducing white spaces)

The following are the standard cases that fail
plugin.xml_gen
ML_COMMENT
SL_COMMENT
HIDDEN_NODE
and much in the quickfixes section.

Also in the Template Proposals section (7.4) below the screenshot, the parametrised names of the context types are mutilated (no idea why [languageName] is simply omitted).

The attached patch eliminates some (other) emphasising errors and broken links.

We should keep the examples in mind when we migrate the documentation to Xdoc.
Comment 2 Sebastian Zarnekow CLA 2010-12-06 03:49:31 EST
Are the mentioned issues still present in the migrated documentation?
Comment 3 Sebastian Zarnekow CLA 2010-12-15 11:44:26 EST
The issue with underscores is obsolete in Xdoc based documentation.

We should double check for the problem in section 7.4:

Fixed all issues mentioned here. Couldn't rebuild docs yet, as there are linking errors due to changesd API. I guess that's all we can do for this bug now, apart from fixing the docs in general when we release.
