This wiki page needs to be updated to reflect the changes in the EDP. 

I've already added a section on Restructuring Reviews.

The current document still has the notion that a "review" is an event or call. In reality, a "review" is a period of time during which we invite the community to pose questions or make comments. This should be reflected in the document.

Also, the notion of "slides" is passé

I believe that the original intent of this bug has been met. Additional work may be required and will as natural evolution of the page content. Marking as FIXED.
