With the update to build.eclipse.org, our builds have been broken since 20100730

I've cleaned up the scripts and update sites of all the broken builds, and I've started a build I20100811-1530

Updated 4.1 to pull e4 from the http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.11-I-builds site and scheduled a build for 13:15
