The single-root members code in J2EEFlexProjDeployable is not returning classpath dependencies when the runtime path is not "../".  

They are properly returned for projects that are not single root.

I have also backported the fix for bug 247090 as part of my patch.  This was
necessary so that classpath dependencies with a deploy path other than "../"
are not added to the parent component.
