If the patch for bug 302121 is integegrate, copy/paste from the variables to the expressions viewdoes not work for children of dynamic varobjs.

The idea for the fix is to go up to the closest ancestor not having a dynamic ancestor itself, and then copy the entire subtree of this ancestor.
