Build Identifier: 3.6 - I20100507

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new plugin
2. Copy and paste an xmi file from an exisiting dbdefitnion, to the new plugin
3. Edit the dbdefintion's extension point to point to the xmi file in the NEW plugin

Reproducible: Always

Changed the component to Connectivity since the fix is in o.e.d.connectivity.sqm.core.
