[WARNING] Failed to access p2 repository wikitext (http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/weekly/e3.4), will try to use local cache. Reason: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException: No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/weekly/e3.4.

I suspect that the p2 repo has moved and the location needs updating.
