Steps required:

2. Initiate trademark review (assign any existing trademark to Eclipse);
3. Verify that proposal has the support of two Architecture Council Mentors;

5. Verify that the review documentation is complete; and
6. Schedule Review

Thanks for the input. FWIW, we've only just started using bugs to track proposals and I figured that I'd be doing this sort of legwork. Still... I like the help. Anyways...

I'm not sure that the PMC_Approved flag is intended for this purpose. However, that's something worth considering.
