org.eclipse.team.tests.ccvs.ui.benchmark.Util#importZip(IContainer, File) is a dupe of org.eclipse.team.tests.ccvs.ui.benchmark.BenchmarkUtils.importZip(IContainer, File) thus can be removed. Actually, this is the only method in org.eclipse.team.tests.ccvs.ui.benchmark.Util, so not only the method can be removed but the entire class as well.
