The following two tests can fail:

ModelHandleRegistryTest.testGetHandle()
ModelHandleRegistryTest.testGetHandleWithDefault()

These seem to be depending on prior tests to run.  Also, there appears to be a mispelling of the project that should be created.

For the failing tests, it is looking for a file called test.foo, but the tests never setup a file called test.foo.

The project name is also spelled as momdelHandlerRegistry when I suspect it should be modelHanlderRegistry.
