Several places lack proper exception handling. The catch block just prints out a stacktrace. 
The user isn't informed at the right time and place if things go wrong and the root cause of the problem is likely to be obscured by consecutive faults.
One such example is in InfrastructureCreator#createWebInf(), for a more complete list search for "printStackTrace" in all Java files.
