When trying to open a file contained within a jar, an empty editor opens and there are NPE's in the error log.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double click on a file associated with an imp editor thats located within a jar (from package explorer)

attachment 176076 [details] adds a new extension point to imp which will allow the target language to handle this use case however they see fit.

Patch looked very reasonable, and backwardly-compatible, so I applied it to HEAD of SVN trunk. Change will go out in the next release.
