org.eclipse.ecf.provider.dnssd.DnsSdDiscoveryAdvertiser.unregisterAllServices() can be implemented in two ways:

- deregister _all_ SRV records of the given domain
- deregister only the SRV records the discovery provider has registered so far but leave pre-existing SRV records as they are
