Build Identifier: M20090211-1700 (Version 3.4.2.R342_v20090122-9I96EiWElHi8lheoJKJIvhM3JfVsYbRrgVIWL)

A just created folder - which has not been commited yet - loses its SVN Properties when moving it in the Working copy.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new Folder
2.Add it to version control (Team > Add To Version Control)
3.Set some SVN Properties
4.Move this folder in your working copy
5.Result is that the folder lost its SVN Properties
6. This seems not to be reproductible on a file
