When creating a new workspace I export preference from an old one and import into the new one.

The Package Presentation preference doesn't get included in that export / import process

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the package explorer preference, 'Package Presentation' to hierarchical
2. Export All preferences to a file
3. New workspace
4. Import that preferences file
5. Check the 'Package Presentation' preference it has not be changed to hierarchical

View settings are not part of the preferences and hence not part of the preference export. There are no plans to change that.
