Instead of adding the OSU releng project as a submodule (http://github.com/ECF/Releng), the Cquery should point http://github.com/ECF/Releng/raw/master/ecf.rmap. This has the side affect that the build always consumes HEAD without the manual need to rebase the git superproject (org.eclipse.ecf.discovery.dnssd).
