patch for review

This is unreproducible on Windows
Steps to reproduce
1. Create a web service in a dynamic web project
2. Create a Java Project called JavaProject
2. From the Service, right click and generate Client
3. Select Axis
4. Click on the Client project link
--> The Specify Client Project Settings dialog appears
5. Click on the drop down arrow for Client Project, and choose JavaProject
The Client EAR project combo should 'reset', but instead a message appears
saying that the client project cannot be empty. The OK button is disabled.
6. Try typing in the Client project combo: (ie. type in the word "JavaProject")
--> EAR project resets, message disappears, and the OK button is enabled. This
is the expected behavior
