The Android SDK is not distributed by Eclipse.org. Please file this bug report with the Android community.

Hi, the bug is not only android xml files, it is with all xml files in eclipse . i have also made fresh installation without android but still the same problem. check at your end.
Can you post a stack trace that does not contain com.android?
I can repro this using Run Configurations... The stack trace in comment#4 does not look like it has anything to do with the original bug report. I would suggest to close this bug and open a new bug with steps to reproduce the problem in comment#4.
