I'm trying to change the inbuilt styles for a table so that I have a border around the table itself, the header, the footer and each table row (I can do this by editing the table itself but I want to change the styles as I will be exporting it to a library for reuse).

I have changed the inbuilt "table" style to give a border/text align which works fine. However when I edit inbuilt "table-detail", "table-header" or "table-footer" styles to include a border, nothing happens! I can successfully change the font size/colour of these elements in the style, just not the border.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create report with a table
2. Edit inbuilt styles "table-detail", "table-header" or "table-footer to add a border
3. Run the report - border is not shown
