Initial work is going well. Jetty will pickup apps deployed through Virgo. There is now a build in place in a new code repo for Virgo. Work still needs to be done to support the Jetty security model and for JSTLs

Get the build to pull Jetty down from it's publication in maven

We no longer have problems with the lazy activation bundle and can pull the latest Jetty down from the virgo build space.

Marking this as done, the Jetty build is now working and the Admin console comes up. There is some support for taglibs but the hosted repo app and the wars are not supported yet. Separate bugs are being raised for these.
