It is not clear what the expected result is. If you have any concrete suggestion, please open a more specific bug. Please keep in mind that RAP must still run on older browsers such as IE6.

I look forward to the new version to support these new features: HTML5 & servlet3.0. Including websoket, cavans so. Announced support for HTML5 standard browsers: IE9, Firefox4, chrome6 so. tomcat7 & jetty8 has supported servlet3.0 standards.
