This enhancement is based on a comment from the original bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=296502#c8.

There should be 3 options for schema input when performing JAXB class generation from the yet to be implemented "New..." wizard.  The choices would include:

Schema - choose from the workspace; workspace file browser
External Schema - chose from the local file system; file browser
Schema URL - from anywhere; text field

Is there also interest in adding schema from classpath?
