For ECon 2010 we had a special badge that showed up when you clicked on an early-bird winner in the online schedule on the website -- here's an example:

http://www.eclipsecon.org/2010/sessions/?page=sessions&id=1210

The badge image links to list of the winners, presumably via a Talk Tag called "pc_top_5." 

If time permits, it would be nice to have this same thing for ESE. Thanks.
