I have a backlog of forum posts to which I would like to respond.

At the very least, please could the above message be updated to reflect an accurate anticipated return of service. Thanks!

Well, it's certainly been updated to "more accurately reflect the anticipated
return of service"!

Sorry, I'd like to perform miracles but I can't.  The NNTP server simply won't restart on the upgraded machine, so I'm going for plan B.
