Units that describe Eclipse/OSGi artifacts need to have a field for platform filter.

fixed in rev 1240.

A unit now accepts the syntax:
platform-filter : "<p2ql match expression>" ;

The <p2ql match expression> is validated by the b3 editor as a match expression operation on an InstallableUnit.

The type for platformFilter should be IMatchExpression<IInstallableUnit> and not just IExpression.
