In the shell or dialog,if exists such label:"Hello,eclipse (world)",it is correct in the normal state;but if the state is BIDI or RTL,it will change to "(Hello,eclipse (world",you can see that the bracket is incorrect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a plug-in project;
2.chose the templates of "Hello World"; 
3.click finish button,then a plug-in project is created;
4.chose the class of "SampleAction.java";
5.in the method of "public void run(IAction action){}",change the   characters:"Hello,Eclipse word" to "Hello,Eclipse (world)" and save the changes.
6.click the "Run Configurations..." in the "Run" menu.
7.a "Run Configurations" dialog is pop up and chose the "Arguments" tab;
8.in the "Program arguments:",add this command:"-nl ar";
9.click the "Run" button,you can see a Eclipse shell is created;
10.click the "Sample Menu" in the menu bar,and chose the "Sample Action";
11.you can see a dialog is poped up,you can see the label shows as this:"(Hello,eclipse (world",it is incorrect,the correct show is:"Hello,eclipse (world)".

unzipped the File in the workspace,then run the plug-in after add the command:"-nl ar" to the "Arguments" in the "Run Configurations...".

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

Please remove the stalebug flag, if this issue is still relevant and can be reproduced on the latest release.
