In DiscoveredServiceTracker a ListenerQueue and Thread/ThreadGroup are created but never explicitly stopped when the org.eclipse.ecf.osgi.services.distribution bundle is stopped.  This cleanup should be done when this bundle is stopped.

Clean up enhancement implemented and released to HEAD.
