If I start Eclipse from a command shell it can take a minute to initialize. In the meantime I do something else but when the "Workspace Launcher" appears, it steals window / keyboard focus from the entire system. Of course, anything I'm typing goes directly into the Workspace field on this dialog.

This is a no-no in UI design - up there with 'warping the mouse'. Please stop it!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start eclipse from command line
2. Click on another window while you wait
3. When "Workspace Launcher" appears it will steal system window focus.

This has been the case for some time. I'll comment on the other bug.
