I had identified an additional error.

If you compare your file with the local history, you will get a blank window. I think this is the same problem, isn't it?

Note that I'm not aware of the side effect. But it works for me with Helios SR1(w/patch)+Subclipse 1.6.16+Local svn/Remote svn. (I don't mean it's perfect)

The difference of the method is...

Galileo SR2:

I'm sorry, my patch damages editor functionality. *sigh*
It causes serious problem when script was edited
- Outline view is not updated
- Syntax coloring doesn't follow edited text

So I had to modify the method as

I do not know how to reproduce you problems,but it seems you are right we should judge if the input is RefactorableFileEditorInput.

and could not reproduce the original bug..do not know why,but I think it exists!

I can reproduce original bug partially.
When I opened php file in SVN repository explorer, "Unsupported Content Type" message box pops up.
PHP Editor is opened but there is no syntax color, folding. It looks like simple text editor.

I had this issue, and reverted to an earlier version to get that functionality back, however a friend of mine i work with said he recently was able to get this functionality back by performing an in app update.  hope this helps.

I don't remember where I downloaded it from, but as I said, it's not the version that eclipse automatically updates to. you can try this one: http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/downloads/ , I don't know if that's the same as the one you have.
