Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Create a class stereotyped block in a diagram
2. Display the "isEncapsulated" property of Block in the diagram
3. Change the value in the profile tab of property view
4. the value displayed is not updated. It is changed only when the model is closed/opened

A notification was not taken in account, so the refresh cannot be done.
