I have incorrect histogram representation or many artifacts, when I do the resize of widget or when I move the external window on top of histograms.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to resize histogram view widget. The small histogram image will be corrupted (many artifacts).
2. Open any external program (gedit or terminal) try to move (fast and randomly) this window on top of histogram view widget. All histograms will be redrawed incorrectly.

The redraw issue is corrected and Double Buffer for redrawing is implemented in the patch for Bug 311930.
