Since, the keybinding for Delete Selected Element in Diagram was added, the Delete Action in the Model Explorer is not callewhen we press the DEL key. This problem should come a bad context for the DEL binding (plugin common)

It seems this bug doesn't come from my new keybinding and it's an old problem.
