We should move all classes from org.eclipse.emf.cdo.internal (except CDOObjectImpl) to an internal package. This should be done after the switch to git to keep the history of this move.

Just a note:

Ideally CDOObjectImpl would be moved into a public package like org.eclipse.emf.cdo.impl (in analogy to org.eclipse.emf.ecore.impl.EObjectImpl) but that would break all generated models that derive their classes from CDOObjectImpl.

So, if we decide to keep CDOOjectImpl where it is and, hence, we can not make that package x-internal we should move the other classes out of this package.
