In the Eclipse 4.0 Early Adopter SDK the first three icons in the toolbar look ugly since they are rendered only with 2 colors (grey and white). The same disabled icons in the New menu look much better.

Is the problem here that we aren't mapping the disabled icons of the actions into the toolbar model?... so that the toolbar is doing its own disabling rather than using the disabled version of the icon?  Just a guess...

Looks good in Eclipse 4.2M7. Marking as fixed.
