For the upcoming service release we need to change the version numbers to: 
- 1.0.1 in /branches/1.0.x
- 1.0.100 in /trunk

Thus the versions in trunk will still be considered newer during the development process. See http://wiki.eclipse.org/Version_Numbering for version numbering recommendations.

I changed in trunk 1.0.0 to 1.0.100.

In branches/1.0.x the change was done earlier.

This task is done now.
