We upgraded websphere install for our nightly test machine from 7.0.0.9 to 7.0.0.11 on July 13, the test started to fail since then. You can see the test passed in test result of June 29, and the test failed in test result of July 13 as following:

Setting target to 2.1.1 requires triage for that release.  When triage is complete we will decide on the actual target release.

Updating target to 1.2.1.  Failure only occurs on 1.2 stream.

Closing since we are not patching 1.2 stream anymore and this only occurs on 1.2 stream
