All drawer from a Palette should not be closed by default.

The code generator has been updated. All generated drawers are now opened by default.

TODO:
1. All diagrams should be generated. (see subtask)
2. The same should be done for customized palettes. (see 2nd subtask)


Note: The state of the palette should be stored instead in the preferences, so the user could retrieve the palette as it was the last time the editor was closed.

Done in Composite Structure Diagram (r2539).

In the current version, the drawers are opened by default.
