There should be a ?New child? popup when right-clicking on a tree-item of the Model Explorer that represents a collection of objects (composition), offering only the kind(s) of children that can be part of that composition.
For example, right clicking on ?ownedAttribute? should propose to create any concrete meta-class that is an heir of Property.
