PDE's code is compatible with 1.4 JREs, so we do not include @override tags or types.  It looks like all the patched changes are in pde build, so I will let Andrew close them.

As Curtis mentions, PDE/Build is currently targeted against J2SE 1.4.  These patches can not be applied without upgrading to 1.5.

The target execution environment for PDE in general will probably be reviewed for 3.7.  I will keep this bug open and close all the others.

Currently we are not actively enhancing PDE build anymore. Therefore, I close this bug as WONTFIX. 

Please reopen, if you plan to provide a fix.
