I try to install under Helios, but get an error that I have the wrong version (to new !) of the GEF Zest viewer plugin. 

Why does IAM require specific (outdated) versions of other plugins?  

Also, in  "Issue 575:  	 update maven version to latest" (on the Q4E website issue tracking the same type of problem was there with a reference to the older maven 2 version.  We will run into the same problem.

Removed the bundling of Zest in IAM, should work now. Please try the last build at 
http://q4e.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/updatesite-dev
