With the Win7 theme, tab gradients have a white line at the bottom (probably background color). With the WinXPBlue, there is no such line.

I guess this might be related to the bigger 'Segoe UI' font in the Win7 theme.

Interestingly, this only happens with certain font sizes:
   9 - okay
  10 - BUG
  11 - okay
  12 - BUG
  13 - okay
  14 - okay
  15 - BUG
