DnD classes should be renamed DND... to be consistent with SWT.

  - DNDEvent (package private)
  - DNDListener (package private)

Stefan, sorry but I'm gonna pass on this one. 

The current names are already being used in RCP apps so they're 'api' even in not formally.

I'm not really sure if being consistent with SWT is even desirable...;-).
