eTrice project has been proposed.

Proposal document has been uploaded to our server.

Steps:

1. Get approval from proposer
2. Get approval from PMC
3. Get approval from EMO
4. Create entry in Foundation database  (phase = proposal, marked inactive)
5. Request forum creation
6. Author declaration and get proposer approval
7. Add proposal to portal
8. Send out declaration

Noticed that the project proposal suggests creation under Modeling TLP. This is not typically for Modeling. Have asked PMC Lead for clarification.

PMC confirms that the parent project should be EMFT. I've updated the proposal.

I have also created the entry in the portal and have entered the project in the Foundation database. No forum creation is required: communication channel is EMFT forum.

Late breaking news: Project lead has suggested MDT as a parent project. Awaiting confirmation from MDT Project lead.
