Description Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-07-20 05:08:56 EDT
The EditParts which have compartment(s) should have the Show/Hide Compartment EditPolicy :

 key : org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common.editpolicies.ShowHideCompartmentEditPolicy.SHOW_HIDE_COMPARTMENT_POLICY
class : org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common.editpolicies.ShowHideCompartmentEditPolicy

The plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.gmfgenextension implements a new action to add easily this behavior on the nodes in the *.gmfgen
(Right click on a node-> Papyrus GMFGen Tools->Add behavior to show/hide compartmens).

You can test this new behavior in the Class Diagram and in the Profile Diagram : select a Class/Stereotype for example > Right Click> Filters> Show/Hide Compartments

Done for state machines. BUT in the case of state machines this is not used: the compartment is not shown, regions are. There is no way to select the compartment, hence to show/hide it.

This might be used for states though.
