Description Missing name CLA 2010-07-19 08:09:10 EDT 
When I change to a new line and open the quick fix menu (Command button + 1) Eclipse freezes and I have to end the process. It also happens when I paste and use the quick fix.
I've observed that only happens when I do the two actions (change line and open the menu) fast one after the other.

Sounds like the Texlipse problem again, see bug 319098.

I tried disabling the plugin but it still freezed. I had to completely remove texlipse to solve it.
