When I want to report a bug for the platform with 
Help --> Report Bug or Enhancement...
it fails with 'The information for the selected product is incomplete.'
See screens for details. Nothing found in the error log. Configuration attached.

Which Eclipse distribution/package are you using and which version?

I've used http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.6-201006080911/download.php?dropFile=eclipse-SDK-3.6-win32.zip
 and installed additional features using p2. For details see attached configuration details file.

The configuration looks okay. If you open the Task Repositories view, do you see a repository for Eclipse.org? Could you try selecting Update Repository Configuration from the popup menu for that repository and then retry the steps from the description? The configuration might be incomplete.

In the Task repositories View there was no Eclipse.org repository.
I added now with the Bugzilla connector http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs, updated the configuration. Trying again to report an error as in the description fails again.
